JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR

1. Eligibility

• The renter must hold a valid driving license (UAE or approved international license).
• Minimum age requirement: 21 years (may vary by vehicle category).

2. Booking & Payment

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• A security deposit is mandatory and will be refunded after vehicle inspection.

3. Vehicle Use

• The vehicle must only be driven by the authorized driver(s).
• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, racing, off-road driving (unless permitted), or subleasing.

4. Salik, Fines & Violations

• The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, Salik (toll) charges, parking fees, and violations incurred during the rental period.

5. Insurance

• Basic insurance coverage is included (as per UAE law).
• The renter is liable for any damages not covered under insurance terms.

6. Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
• Refueling charges will apply if not returned accordingly.

7. Vehicle Return

• Late returns may result in additional charges.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as rented (excluding normal wear and tear).

8. Company Rights

JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if terms are violated.
