Refund & Cancellation Policy

JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR

1. Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may incur a partial cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or failure to collect the vehicle on time will result in no refund.

2. Refund Processing

  • All refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 7–14 working days depending on the bank or payment provider.

3. Early Return

  • Returning the vehicle earlier than the scheduled rental period does not automatically guarantee a refund for unused days unless pre-approved by JAL ALNADAA RENT A CAR.

4. Security Deposit

  • The security deposit will be refunded after vehicle inspection, subject to:
    • No damage to the vehicle
    • No outstanding fines, Salik, or toll charges
  • Refund of the security deposit may take 14–30 working days depending on the bank.

5. Damages & Deductions

Any fines, traffic violations, or damages incurred during the rental period will be deducted from the security deposit or rental amount.
